Important Auction Information

Thank you for participating in our sixth annual on-line auction. Your gift to us will enable us to continue providing quality collaborative arts education programming for youth here in the Philadelphia area.

When you bid, please note that the "Current bid" listed next to that item will not automatically change. The auctioneer will update the bids at the end of every day. Updates will be posted more frequently as the bidding nears its end. When you bid on an item, you will be asked for an email address as well as a telephone number. In order to receive the items in time for the holidays, we will be contacting winners December 3-5 to get payment information so that the items can be shipped before December 9. Please submit the contact information that is most appropriate for us to reach you Friday, Saturday or Sunday, December 2-4.

If you need to cancel your bid, simply email auction@yesandcamp.org
with your name, item name and bid amount and your bid will be erased.

Payments can be accepted by check or credit card. After bidding is completed on Friday, Dec 2nd, winners will be contacted.

If you do not win an item you wanted, please feel free to contact the donor of the item to buy it or another similar item directly from them. We would love for you to support our supporters. If there is no contact information listed for the donor, send an email to auction@yesandcamp.org with a request for it and we will do our best to connect you.
