Important *New* Auction and Bidding Information

Thank you for participating in our seventh annual on-line auction! We have changed a few things from years past and we want to make sure everyone knows about these changes and improvements.
Bidding is done on an honor system. We do not ask you to input credit card information or register in order to place bids. When you bid, please note that the "Current bid" listed next to that item will not automatically change. The auctioneer will update the bids at the end of every day and you will get an email confirming your bid amount. If your bid amount is a TIE with another bidder, we will alert you at that time. Updates will be posted more frequently as the bidding nears its end.
When you bid on an item, you will be asked for an email address as well as a telephone number. In order to receive items in time for the holidays, we will be contacting winners December 1-4 to get payment information so that the items can be shipped before December 8 OR be ready for pick up in person at our Live Auction Reception on Sunday, Dec 2 in Germantown, Philadelphia. Please submit the contact information that is most appropriate for us to reach you on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday December 1-4, as well as email you your bid confirmation.
If you need to cancel your bid, simply email auction@yesandcamp.org with your name, item name and bid amount and your bid will be erased.
Payments can be accepted by check, money order, or credit card. After bidding is completed on Saturday, Dec 1st at 9:00pm, winners will be contacted and instructions given.
If you do not win an item you wanted, please feel free to contact the donor of the item to buy it or another similar item directly from them. We would love for you to support our supporters. If there is no contact information listed for the donor, send an email to auction@yesandcamp.org with a request for it and we will do our best to connect you.
Please understand that, in general, the auctioneer knows little more about an item than what is listed in its description.
